Please note, Dolphin Radar strictly respects user privacy and only uses publicly available data for this search. Thus, identified suspicious accounts are only "suspicious" and should be scrutinized.

Dolphin Radar offers a historical report tracking feature, allowing you to backtrack up to 36 weeks of data from before you started tracking. This can be accessed by going to your Dashboard and selecting "Buy past reports".

Why don’t I have a password with Apple ID login?

When you log in with Apple ID, no password is created. If you chose to hide your email address during this setup, you won’t be able to receive notification emails. To ensure notifications reach you, go to Dashboard > Settings and update your preferred email address for notifications.

At present, all DolphinRadar plans support tracking only one Instagram account. However, you can subscribe multiple times to track additional accounts.

If I have multiple subscriptions, how do I manage my tracking slots?

If you have multiple subscriptions, you can add different Instagram accounts for tracking. However, please note that the same registered email cannot purchase multiple subscriptions to track the same Instagram account.

Is it possible to get a refund?

At Dolphin Radar, we provide digital services that are non-refundable once a report is delivered to your dashboard. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

● Repeated Delivery Failure – If we fail to deliver your report at least 5 times, you may request a refund. Please contact our support team first, and if the issue persists, submit a refund request in writing within 7 days of your purchase.

● Product Not as Described – If the delivered report does not match the description on our website, you must provide clear evidence and contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds will not be issued based on false expectations or misunderstandings.

Please note that delays in report generation do not qualify for a refund. If you experience any issues, our support team is available to assist you.
